Pumpkin Spice is Magical and Nice – and Versatile!

Tis the season for all things apple and pumpkin and spice. I’m going to share a quick 5 ingredient pumpkin spice mix that can be made and kept in an airtight container then used for all kinds of recipes.

Personally, I love a stronger cinnamon flavor with the other spices just enhancing it. If you enjoy more of one of the spices in the recipe, feel free to add more or less. Play around with it!

• 3 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp nutmeg

Method

 

1. Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
